• Publicize the CCCW with alumni, students, and parents of current students, as well as the greater Woodstown-Pilesgrove community.
• Develop a marketing plan and outreach program to promote the CCCW.
• Connect with other Woodstown Booster Clubs, local businesses, and potential partners and benefactors.

The Board of Directors are critical to the effective functioning and success of The Curtain Call Club of Woodstown (CCCW). Those roles include:
President:
• Provides overall leadership to the CCCW.
• Presides over board meetings and general meetings.
• Represents the CCCW in official capacities.
Vice President:
• Assists the president in their duties.
• Assumes the president's responsibilities in their absence.
• May oversee specific committees or projects.
Secretary:
• Keeps accurate records of board meetings and general meetings.
• Manages and maintains official documents, such as bylaws and meeting minutes.
• Handles CCCW correspondence.
Treasurer:
• Manages the financial aspects of the booster club.
• Creates and maintains the budget.
• Keeps financial records and provides regular reports to the board.
• Coordinates audits or financial reviews as needed.

There are plenty of ways to be part of the Curtain Call Club of Woodstown (CCCW)!
Here are some of the critical roles that we wish to fill in order to sustain and guarantee our success moving forward.
These roles will likely become positions on the Board of Directors once incorporated.
Membership Chair:
• Manages and promotes membership in the booster club.
• Maintains a database of members.
• Coordinates membership drives.
Fundraising Chair:
• Develops and oversees fundraising initiatives.
• Works with committees to plan and execute fundraising events.
• Monitors fundraising goals and financial outcomes.
Communications/Public Relations Chair:
• Manages communication between the booster club, school, and community.
• Handles publicity and promotion.
• Manages the booster club's website, social media accounts, and other communication channels.
Event Coordinator:
• Plans and coordinates events organized by the Curtain Call Club.
• Works with committees to ensure successful execution of events.
Volunteer Coordinator:
• Recruits and organizes volunteers for booster club activities and events.
• Maintains a volunteer database.
Student Representative Liaison:
• Connects with student representatives to understand and address their needs and concerns.
• Facilitates communication between students and the CCCW.
• Ideally, this role would be filled by a WHS Drama Club student.
Director of Educational Enrichment:
• Plan and organize enriching masterclasses led by industry professionals, offering students the opportunity to delve deeper into various aspects of theater, from acting and stagecraft to technical skills and script analysis.
• Take an active role in instructing students in fundamental and advanced theater techniques. Develop workshops that focus on acting methods, stage presence, voice modulation, and other essential skills, fostering a comprehensive and hands-on learning experience.
• Curate and coordinate field trips to theaters, backstage tours, and relevant cultural events. These excursions provide students with real-world exposure to the theatrical arts, broadening their understanding and appreciation of the industry.
• Collaborate with educators to enhance the drama curriculum, integrating supplementary materials and resources that align with industry standards and trends. Stay abreast of the latest developments in theater education to ensure our students receive a cutting-edge learning experience.
• Establish mentorship programs connecting students with seasoned professionals in the field. This provides invaluable one-on-one guidance and insights into the practical aspects of pursuing a career in the dramatic arts.
Legacy Historian
• Conducts research into the history of the WHS Drama Club.
• Maintains database of past productions.
• Consults with Board of Directors on special events, fundraising, planning, and overall mission. here

• Create bylaws that outline the structure, purpose, and operating procedures of the CCCW.
• Ensure compliance with New Jersey laws and school regulations.

File the Certificate of Incorporation with the New Jersey Division of Revenue and Enterprise Services.
Pay the required filing fee.

Apply for an EIN from the IRS. This is essential for tax purposes.

• File Form 1023 or 1023-EZ with the IRS to apply for federal tax-exempt status.
• Consult with a tax professional (ideally in Woodstown or Pilesgrove) to ensure compliance with state tax requirements.

Register with the New Jersey Charities Registration Section:
• Complete the Charitable Registration Statement and submit it to the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs.

• Open a bank account for the CCCW.
• Obtain necessary documentation, EIN, and Certificate of Incorporation.
• Have two or more CCCW Board members named on the account.
• Develop Financial Policies and Procedures.
• Establish Financial controls and reporting systems.

• Obtain necessary insurance coverage, including liability insurance for the CCCW.
