2009-2010
The 2009-2010 academic year was significant because, to the best of our knowledge, it was the first time a play (non-musical) had been repeated a third time. The first two productions of this play were in the 1957-1958 and 1969-1970 academic years.

The 2011-2012 academic year was significant to the Woodstown Theatre Department as it was the first time, though unbeknownst to the organization at that time, a musical was repeated a third time. The first two productions of “Bye Bye Birdie” were in 1985 and 1999. This wouldn’t happen again until “Brigadoon” in 2024.

The 2015-2016 academic year was significant for the Woodstown Theatre Department because it marked the beginning of the tenure of Director Shannon Sheridan, who previously served as musical director for the Drama Club. Apart from directing, Sheridan’s contribution to the Drama Club included implementing industry standards to the process of stage management, overseeing major upgrades to the lighting and audio systems, and securing the revival of The Curtain Call Club. She is also the director of bands in all Woodstown schools.
